What employees are saying:

“I have had an exceptional experience this year and am so grateful for all she has done to help me learn and grow. She has a created an agency that not only empowers clients but also her clinicians. It is a place where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. It is a place of true healing. I have found her agency to be a peaceful place. It has allowed me the ability to simply focus on learning how to become a clinician because the environment in the agency is foundationally emotionally safe and welcoming.

I did not have to spend time or energy managing my response to the atmosphere because it felt so genuinely secure. She has allowed me space to be imperfect and at the same given me the support I needed as I began to develop as an intern. She was willing to take a risk on me and has been there for every question and moment of uncertainty. She has helped me to be uncomfortable in my learning process to stretch myself but not to the point of overwhelm. She has incrementally increased my learning tasks and they have built upon one another. She made me feel welcomed and valued as part of her team. She noticed me as an individual and was personable in her interactions with me. She even took the time to remember my birthday which she did not have to do.

Sarah is generous, knowledgeable and compassionate. She is encouraging and helps to build my confidence. She treats me as an individual and truly listens to me. I can't say enough about how remarkable the experience has been and how grateful I am to learn from her in her agency. It will always be a cherished experience in my path of development as a future therapist. I have simply loved my time as an intern.”
