Clinician/Therapist, LPC

Iris Bowler-Spohnholz

I believe you know yourself better than anyone, and therapy should be a place where we can use that knowledge to create meaningful change. I focus on creating a safe and accepting space where you can be yourself, as I believe feeling comfortable and understood is essential for exploration and growth. I operate within a strength-based and holistic approach, and together we can work to create a plan that makes sense for you.

I work with individuals with a range of identities and backgrounds, with an emphasis on neurodivergence and teenagers. I take a direct and honest approach to therapy, while also integrating humor as therapy doesn't always have to be heavy. My goal is to support you while also helping you move toward meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to you.
