As a licensed mental health professional, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find meaning through healing. I provide individual and group therapy for teens and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and certified in Gottman Method levels I and II, allowing me to support both individual and relational healing.
I offer therapy through a secure telehealth platform, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered—wherever you are.

Experience
I bring extensive experience from outpatient mental health settings, where I’ve led both individual and group therapy sessions. My background also includes equine-assisted therapy, using the therapeutic bond between humans and horses to foster interpersonal growth and environmental connection. I’m passionate about education and empowerment, and I regularly integrate psychoeducational tools, mindfulness practices, and creative strategies into my therapeutic approach.
