Experience
In my work, I draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals
reframe unhelpful thought patterns, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to
process and heal from traumatic experiences, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build skills in
mindfulness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping. By tailoring these methods to each person’s
unique journey, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel truly heard and
empowered.
I am deeply passionate about breaking the stigma around mental health and making sure adults and
teens know they don’t have to face their struggles alone. My mission is to provide tools,
encouragement, and hope so that healing feels possible, and life feels meaningful again.
